SFDX not working after password chain on OSX

I couldn't find resources on how to get this fixed.  So I finally completely uninstalled sfdx.  And reinstalled it tested it at the command line first and then tested it at vscode and now I'm back and operational.  So I just have to remember that this is an issue for me on OSX when a keychain may be reset or a password change.

On Windows it worked perfectly.

Luckily I have two operating systems when I work windows and OSX.


Uninstalling SFDX is also
